You will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Culinary Department, ensuring compliance with dietary guidelines, sanitation standards, and facility policies. This role includes hands-on food preparation, coaching culinary staff, and contributing to menu development that meets both clinical requirements and customer satisfaction goals.
