The Springs at Whitefish is seeking a FULL-TIME SOUS CHEF for our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Our beautiful community offers restaurant-style dining, inviting common spaces, outdoor areas, and a welcoming environment for residents, families, and employees.

The right candidate has a strong commitment to flavorful food, quality, and plate presentation while also being timely and efficient. We are looking for someone who is dependable, personable, accountable, consistent, and a strong team player. Our ideal Sous Chef brings the right blend of professional cooking skills, leadership, and personal warmth. This position works closely with our Executive Chef to support the day-to-day operation of our full-service kitchen, provide direction and support to the culinary team, and help maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, sanitation, and presentation.
