Salary: $120,000-$150,000

What your future day will look like:

• Lead monthly close across multiple entities, ensuring accurate, timely financial statements and consolidations.
• Oversee journal entries, accruals, fixed assets, and account structures to maintain clean, consistent financials.
• Manage tax compliance activities, including filings, payments, and coordination with external tax professionals.
• Review internal and external accounting work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with standards.
• Support operational needs for a growing business unit, including payroll, onboarding, and administrative processes.
• Drive process improvements across systems, controls, and reporting to support scalability and efficiency.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of experience in a Controller or similar senior accounting leadership role
• Strong background in multi?entity accounting and financial consolidations
• Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online, including multi?company environments
• CPA?level technical accounting knowledge (active CPA preferred but not required)
• Experience managing full financial close, tax compliance, and internal controls
• Ability to operate independently while partnering closely with ownership in a fast?growing environment
