Rocky Mountain Bottled Water, a locally owned and operated company serving Colorado for over 40 years, is looking for a dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused Route Delivery Driver to join our team.
This is primarily a driving position, with daily deliveries to residential and commercial customers throughout Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Cañon City using our company-owned 6-bay beverage truck. As the face of our company, you'll provide exceptional customer service while safely and efficiently delivering bottled water and related products to our customers.
As the sole employee operating from our Southern Colorado warehouse, you'll also play an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. When you're not on your delivery route, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse, accurately manage inventory, and ensure products are stocked and ready for upcoming deliveries.
Additional warehouse responsibilities include loading and unloading your delivery truck each day, moving inventory throughout the warehouse using a forklift, performing accurate inventory counts, and helping forecast future inventory needs to ensure the warehouse remains properly stocked. Attention to detail and organization are essential, as you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records. Forklift experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate.

What You'll Do
- Safely operate a company delivery truck throughout Southern Colorado.
- Deliver bottled water and related products to residential and commercial customers.
- Load and unload products throughout the day.
- Build positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service at every stop.
- Accurately complete delivery paperwork and maintain route documentation.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company in a positive manner.
- Work independently while managing daily delivery schedules efficiently.
- Maintaining the South warehouse keeping it organized and performing weekly inventory.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent motor vehicle driving record for insurance eligibility.
- Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and move products weighing 50–90 pounds consistently throughout the workday.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday
- Day Shift
- Approximately 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- No evenings or weekends
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000–$55,000 annual salary (based on experience)
- Sales commission opportunities
- $2,500 retention bonus after one year
