Job Summary
The Southwest Hub Director provides highly confidential policy, education, program and administrative support for the Mental Health & Addition Advocacy Coalition (MHAC) and its Southwest (SWO) Hub. Additionally, the Director is responsible for member recruitment and retention in the SWO Hub region. This full-time position will be located at the SWO Hub office.
Job Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience required.
Knowledge of government systems and budgets.
Experience working with grassroots organizing campaigns, coalition organization, or advocacy/ public policy initiatives preferred.
Experience in behavioral health or healthcare issues.
Computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office products (specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. Social media skills a plus.
Frequent travel within SWO Hub (Brown, Butler, Clinton, Clermont, Hamilton, and Warren Counties) and some travel within the rest of Ohio required.
Evening and weekend hours may be required.
