We are a luxury spa and wellness brand seeking a Sales Manager to lead client experience and drive revenue growth. This role combines leadership, customer service, and sales in a supportive and high-end environment.
$3,000/month base salary (guaranteed)
Uncapped commission with six-figure earning potential

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and retention
Lead, coach, and support front desk staff to achieve sales and service standards
Oversee appointment flow, handle client inquiries, and resolve concerns
Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities
Partner with marketing on promotions, campaigns, and membership sales
Stay up-to-date with spa services, skincare products, and wellness trends
Proven track record in sales, business development, or client management (spa, luxury retail, or hospitality preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Goal-driven, customer-focused, and highly motivated
Familiarity with CRM systems, spa booking tools, and skincare products (a plus)
Reliable transportation and ability to work at least one weekend day
