Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Sandy Springs, GA is looking for a self-driven and energetic Spa Assistant Manager with strong organizational skills and a self-starter. This person is responsible for helping oversee the overall operational and financial performance of the spa. The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Membership sales and customer service experience required
- A passion for people and sales
- High level of enthusiasm
- Support Spa Manager in overseeing and managing the daily operations
- Assist with HR functions including interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, member maintenance and data entry of client records and surveys
- Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line
- Effectively communicate about health and wellness membership benefits, spa policies, and procedures
- Outside Event marketing & social media marketing
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service, health, and safety are met
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas, and break room
-Weekend Availability is a MUST for this position.
