Our Spa Sales Associate SA is the first person our clients meet before their service and the last person they see after their service. SAs play a vital role in customer relations. The SA is responsible for scheduling appointments increasing membership sales and upgrading services by engaging and connecting with clients to ensure a positive spa experience. The Spa Sales Associate may also be responsible for opening andor closing the Spa in the absence of the Manager.
