Love talking with people and helping them feel good? As a Spa Sales Associate, you're the first and last person every guest sees. You'll welcome them, book their appointments, and help them find the membership that makes self-care part of their routine. It's a sales role with a relaxing setting, and the more memberships you sell, the more you earn.
No spa experience? No problem. We'll train you on our services, our membership program, and how to sell without being pushy.
What you'll doWhat you'll get
- Introduce guests to our membership program and help them choose the right plan. You'll have weekly goals and our support in hitting them.
- Check guests in and out, answer phones, and manage the appointment schedule
- Learn our service menu (massage, facials, hair removal) so you can recommend with confidence
- Share current promotions and gift card offers
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean, calm and welcoming
What we're looking for
- Hourly pay plus commission on every membership, with monthly contests and bonuses
- Complimentary monthly service
- Paid training and ongoing coaching
- A real path up: Associate Lead Assistant Manager Spa Manager. Most of our managers started at the front desk.
- Schedules built around school, family or a second job

- Friendly, confident communicator who's comfortable asking for the sale
- Retail, restaurant, hospitality or sales experience is a plus but not required
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle phones, guests and the schedule
- Available at least [2 weeknights and 1 weekend day]
- 18 or older
