Spa Associate
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa | Tustin, CA

What You'll Do
  • Meet and exceed membership sales goals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests
  • Build lasting relationships that drive guest loyalty and retention
  • Educate guests on services, enhancements, memberships, and promotions
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our service offerings
  • Schedule appointments, answer phones, and assist guests throughout their spa experience
  • Maintain spa cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Partner with team members to create a welcoming, five-star environment
  • Support daily spa operations and perform additional duties as needed
