Spa Concierge (Part-Time)

Are you an organized, self-motivated professional who enjoys building relationships and providing exceptional customer service? Christwood is seeking a **Spa Concierge** to support the daily operations of Lotus Spa, Lotus 2, and Bloom, our on-campus gift shop.

This is **not** a traditional spa front desk position. While you will welcome residents and guests, this role is much more than checking clients in and answering phones. We're looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and helping create an exceptional experience for our residents.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating closely with the Spa Coordinator. This position requires someone who takes initiative, manages their time effectively, and is comfortable balancing a variety of responsibilities throughout the day.

**Essential Responsibilities**

* Welcome residents and guests with warmth and professionalism.

* Schedule appointments and manage multiple calendars.

* Answer phones, emails, and resident inquiries promptly and courteously.

* Support the daily operations of Lotus Spa, Lotus 2, and Bloom.

* Maintain accurate records and scheduling information.

* Assist with retail sales and inventory for Bloom.

* Help coordinate daily schedules for spa providers.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

* Build positive relationships with residents, families, team members, and providers.

* Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

* Previous customer service, hospitality, medical office, spa, or administrative experience preferred.

* Strong computer skills and the ability to learn scheduling software quickly.

* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

* Patience, compassion, and professionalism when working with older adults.

* Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work independently without constant supervision.

* Dependable, flexible, and committed to providing exceptional service.
