The Spa Concierge is responsible for greeting guests, providing personalized assistance, explaining and booking spa facilities and services.
Duties:
- Greet and process guests checking in and out.
- Schedule appointments for all spa treatments and assists guests in selecting spa services and retail items.
- Answer phone calls in a friendly and timely manner.
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of new products, services, packages, treatments, and procedures.
- Ensure that supplies are available and that the facilities are kept clean, always stocked and in safe condition.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Experience in spa operations and procedures as well as cash handling preferred.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Must be able to verbally communicate with guests and co-workers.
