You are a critical team member in delivering a service that exceedsexpectations, ensuring every guest’s journey is seamless, memorable, and enjoyablefrom start to finish.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInclude the following. Other duties may be assigned. Is a steward of the Woodhouse brand and strictly adheres to Woodhousestandards. Serves as primary support for the spa’s manager, therapists, and guests toensure smooth operations. Creates a memorable experience by providing a warm welcome, introducingguests to the locker room and amenities, and managing the "small details" likefavorite drinks and special occasions. Manages guest communications, including answering incoming calls, listeningto guest needs to schedule appointments, and providing expert servicerecommendations. Partners with therapists to increase guest retention and retail sales byscheduling follow-up appointments during checkout. Drives sales and awareness by educating guests on specialized products andluxury services. Processes transactions, including collecting payments for services andmanaging daily closing procedures. Navigates change management, showing the ability to pivot and maintainprofessionalism in a fast-paced environment. Maintains a sanitized environment, ensuring the concierge area and guesttransition zones are clean, orderly, and inviting. Ensures consistent attendance, which is required to perform the essentialfunctions of this position.EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent required. Leadership experience in a similar role or front-office operations. Previous customer service and telephone reservations experience. Computer proficiency is essential; familiarity with Book4Time software ispreferred. Basic accounting skills for managing daily financial reports and closing duties.SKILLS AND ABILITIES Professionalism: Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor whileinteracting with guests in a luxury spa setting. Sales Mindset: Comfortable driving company sales goals and initiatives throughguest education. Language Skills: Proficiency in the English language (reading, writing, andverbal) to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Collaboration: Must work well with other Team Members and Managers toprovide a unified guest experience.PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to stand and bend over for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. High energy levels to manage guest flow throughout a full-time shift.
