Salary

$18 / hour plus commissions from membership and package sales

Position Summary 

The Spa Coordinator is key position with Hydrate IV Bar. Primary responsibilities include setting appointments for our members, clients and first time guests, aide in selection of services and sales of memberships and packages. Client check in / check out via POS software. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 


The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: 

  • Greeting clients in an enthusiastic and professional manner 
  • Full knowledge of our services and packages, ability to make recommendations
  • Sell memberships and packages
  • Answering all incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner 
  • Performing related clerical work 
  • Using applicable software programs and other business-related documents 
  • Ensuring Hydrate IV Bar spas are organized and tidy 
  • Providing administrative support when needed 
  • Managing and ordering non-medical office supplies and retail inventory as needed 
  • Performing other duties as assigned 
  •  Supporting daily duties of medical professionals as assigned 

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) 


  • Proficient in computer skills 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Excellent customer relationship skills 
  • Medical industry experience is not required but recommended 
  • Sales experience is not required but recommended 
  • Prior administrative office management experience is not required but recommended
