Role Description
We are seeking a reliable Spa Coordinator to support front desk operations and ensure a positive experience for all clients.


This position is responsible for helping maintain daily spa operations while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities
  •  Greet clients and manage check-in and check-out processes. 
  •  Answer phones and schedule appointments. 
  •  Process payments and maintain accurate records. 
  •  Maintain cleanliness of the spa, including laundry and common areas. 
  •  Support daily operations and assist clients as needed. 
  •  Help maintain a professional and welcoming environment. 
Requirements
  •  Strong customer service skills. 
  •  Reliable, organized, and professional. 
  •  Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs. 
  •  Ability to handle a fast-paced environment. 
  •  Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including front desk, customer service, scheduling, cleaning, and administrative tasks. 
Preferred Qualifications
  •  Bilingual Spanish is a plus. 
  •  Prior customer service experience preferred. 
Compensation
$17.00 per hour


Schedule
  •  Part-time position. 
  •  Hours vary based on appointments and business needs.
