Spavia Cinco Ranch is hiring part-time and full-time spa coordinators. If you love creating five-star experiences, connecting with people, and working in a calm, beautiful environment--this role is for you. Enjoy the balance of working in the wellness industry with a consistent, reliable schedule.

 Schedule & Benefits

• Hourly base $15 + membership sales commissions, retail commissions, and performance bonuses.
• Extra pay from membership sales, retail sales & bonuses
• Full-time or part-time
• Weekend/evening availability preferred
• Typical shift 6-8 hours

What You'll Do

• Greeting and assisting guests 
• Scheduling appointments and answering phones
• Provide education and sales recommendations to guests as it relates to treatments, membership, and retail products.  
• Maintaining a beautiful spa, retail space, and reception area
• Work with a team that values professionalism, kindness, and growth
