In this part-time position, you'll be the first point of contact, ensuring an exceptional experience from booking appointments to providing top-notch customer service.



Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and manage appointment scheduling efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services and treatments.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
• Process payments and manage client records accurately.
• Assist in promoting spa services and special offers to enhance client engagement.
• Collaborate with therapists and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Support inventory management and supply ordering as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or wellness preferred.
• Previous experience in a spa, salon, or customer service role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
