Spa Guest Service Concierge

Robert Andrew Salon & Spa is seeking a polished, professional Spa Guest Experience Specialist/Concierge  with previous spa, salon, or hospitality experience to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about luxury guest care, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and understands how exceptional service contributes to the overall success and growth of the business.

The Role Includes:

• Creating a warm, welcoming, and elevated experience for every guest
• Learning our booking systems, service standards, and spa operations
• Supporting daily appointment flow and communication between guests and providers
• Assisting with scheduling coordination and maintaining smooth front desk operations
• Building strong guest relationships through professionalism, attention to detail, and personalized service
• Supporting retail recommendations and overall guest satisfaction

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has previous salon, spa, hospitality, or guest service experience, preferably luxury spa
• Is confident multitasking in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Understands the importance of guest retention, rebooking, and overall client experience
• Communicates professionally and positively with both guests and team members
• Is organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
• Is motivated to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility over time

Schedule Requirements:

• We are open six days per week
• Some opening, evening, and weekend shifts are required
• This is an active position that involves standing, walking, and engaging with guests throughout the day
