The Opportunity
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Spa Attendant to help maintain the cleanliness, ambiance, and flow of our spa. No spa experience required — just a strong work ethic, great teamwork, and pride in doing the little things right.
What You'll Do
- Keep fresh laundry and linens available all day
- Restock amenities in locker rooms and guest areas
- Assist with spa opening and closing routines
- Support therapists with quick linen changes between appointments
- Complete hourly facility rounds and stay connected with the team via headset
What We're Looking For
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliability, punctuality, and comfort with physical, on-your-feet work
- A team-first attitude and clear communication
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
What Success Looks Like
- Guests always find a spotless, well-stocked spa
- Facility rounds completed consistently, every 30 minutes
- Seamless, proactive support for the entire spa team
