Spa Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead all day-to-day spa operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and smooth daily execution.
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of service providers and sales associates.
- Inspire, motivate, and hold the team accountable to individual and spa performance goals.
- Create staff schedules and manage shift coverage to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction.
- Foster a positive, energetic, and team-oriented culture where employees feel supported and challenged to grow.
- Deliver outstanding guest service by resolving concerns quickly and turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Drive membership growth, retention, gift card sales, and retail performance through consistent coaching and leadership.
- Monitor key performance indicators, analyze business results, and develop action plans to achieve financial goals.
- Manage payroll, budgeting, expenses, and daily cash handling while maintaining profitability.
- Ensure all operational procedures, safety standards, and brand policies are consistently followed.
- Oversee inventory, vendor relationships, product ordering, and equipment maintenance.
- Promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy, facials, and regular self-care to both guests and the team.
- Prepare reports on business performance, guest satisfaction, staffing, and operational metrics.
- Lead by example with professionalism, positivity, integrity, and a hands-on approach to leadership.
