Who We Are
White Lodging is seeking a licensed massage therapist to join the team at The Spa at Union Club Hotel, where the wellbeing of our associates is just as important as the wellbeing of our guests. Located on the Purdue University campus, our boutique spa is designed to be a restorative environment — not only for guests, but for the professionals who bring our services to life.
At The Spa, therapists are supported with a calm workspace, thoughtful scheduling, high-quality products, and a leadership team committed to your professional growth and personal balance. Whether you're an experienced hotel spa therapist or a licensed practitioner looking for a nurturing environment to expand your skills, you'll find a workplace that values your craft, your health, and your long-term success.
What You'll Do
Provide therapeutic massage and body treatments — including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy — with the time, tools, and support you need to deliver your best work
Create a welcoming, centered treatment environment that allows both you and your guests to feel grounded and cared for
Stay informed and confident in all spa services, wellness treatments, retail products, and hotel amenities through ongoing training and shared team knowledge
Educate guests at your own professional pace, offering thoughtful guidance on products, wellness benefits, and at-home care
Engage with guests in a warm, respectful, and professional manner, building rapport in ways that feel natural to your style
Maintain treatment rooms and service areas with the support of a team that values shared responsibility and a clean, safe workspace
Protect guest privacy and confidentiality while also receiving the organizational support needed to maintain your own professional boundaries
Participate in additional responsibilities that align with your strengths and contribute to a positive team environment
What You'll Bring
Current Indiana Massage Therapist (LMT) licensure
2+ years of massage or spa experience preferred, but we welcome therapists at all stages who are committed to growth
Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and a desire to continue developing your skills
Strong communication abilities and a natural talent for building trust and comfort with guests
A warm, grounded, and professional presence that contributes to a supportive team culture
Sound judgment, respect for confidentiality, and a commitment to ethical practice
Physical ability to perform services comfortably, with accommodations available as needed
