Our locally owned Hand & Stone is looking for a Spa Membership Sales Associate who can make guests feel welcome, confidently explain our membership program, and keep a busy front desk running smoothly. Membership sales are a central part of this role, along with delivering a great experience from the first phone call through checkout.


What you’ll do

• Welcome guests, answer calls, and help clients schedule the right services.
  
  
• Start membership conversations, explain the benefits, answer questions, and ask for the sale.
  
  
• Work toward individual and team membership, retail, and rebooking goals.
  
  
• Follow up with prospective members and support member retention.
  
  
• Recommend service enhancements and retail products that fit the guest’s interests.
  
  
• Manage check-in, checkout, payments, and appointment scheduling accurately.
  
  
• Help resolve guest concerns professionally and involve leadership when needed.
  
  
• Communicate with massage therapists and estheticians to keep the day running smoothly.
  
  
• Keep the front desk and guest areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
  
  
• Participate in sales training and coaching, and put feedback into practice.
  
  

What we’re looking for

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
  
  
• Comfort discussing prices, handling objections, and asking guests to join.
  
  
• Motivation to meet goals and earn commission.
  
  
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  
  
• The ability to stay friendly and organized during busy periods.
  
  
• Reliability, punctuality, and a team mindset.
  
  
• Comfort learning scheduling software and other computer systems.
