We’re seeking a Spa Operations Manager to support daily operations across our award-winning Spa, including Metaphysical, Locker Rooms, and Pool areas. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader with strong organizational, financial, and service skills who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment.
In this role, you will:
Lead and motivate Spa Services teams, overseeing staffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance.
Manage payroll, budgets, and reporting to ensure operational and financial excellence.
Partner with Facilities to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Deliver exceptional guest service and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
Associates degree or two years equivalent specialized training or experience required
CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of employment
Group C Driver
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history
