Spa Personal Hostess (Female) - $18.00/Hour + Gratuities

The Spa Personal Hostess is responsible for providing professional assistance to each guest. Maximize each guest’s experience by communicating, escorting and responding to their individual needs, to ensure that their visit exceeds their expectations.

Duties:

• Supports the company culture expectation on delivering 4 diamond service.

• Greet each guest after check-in and provides them with a personal escort.

• Answers guest questions and provides them with a genuine and helpful tour of the facility.

• Monitors guests and facilities to maximize each guest experience.

• Maintains awareness knowledge of new products, services, packages, treatments, procedures and amenities.

• Maintains daily locker, vessel and facility logs.

• Reports any facility issues that require immediate attention to management.

• Stocks and cleans all areas of the Spa throughout shift.

• Assist cleaning Spa areas that require immediate attention discreetly as to not disrupt the guest experience.

• Adherence to all departmental and company policies, including but not limited to the attendance and appearance policy and the code of conduct.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age

• Ability to verbally communicate effectively and professionally with guests and co-workers.
