The Spa & Pool Attendant is responsible for greeting and assisting guests, orienting them to spa amenities, and ensuring all guest areas remain fully stocked and maintained. The ideal candidate is guest-focused, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome, orient, and assist guests throughout the spa, salon, pool, and fitness facilities
- Provide professional and personalized guest service while responding to guest needs and inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all guest amenities
- Assist with guest check-in procedures and support front desk operations as needed
- Support overall spa and pool operations through teamwork and operational flexibility
- Utilize phone and computer systems to support guest service and daily operations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented approach
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn operational systems
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Flexible availability, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- Engage in physical activities like standing for long periods, walking, and utilizing hands for tasks that involve gripping, handling, and reaching
- Must be able to safely lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
