Sherwood Forest | £12.87 per hour

Bring calm, care and confidence to every guest

Join our team as a Spa Receptionist and be the welcoming face of Aqua Sana Forest Spa, providing a warm, professional service while ensuring a smooth and relaxing experience for every guest from arrival to departure.

What youll be doing

  • Deliver friendly and professional front-of-house service to all guests
  • Handle bookings, queries and the smooth running of the reception area
  • Support treatment and retail sales to maximise profitability
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high service standards

Your working hours

  • Part-time contract, shifts fall between 7:30am and 9:30pm
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 60 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
  • This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays

  • Strong communicator with excellent organisation, attention to detail and computer skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, with customer service experience and industry knowledge
  • Builds effective relationships across all levels with a warm and genuine approach
  • Demonstrates initiative, teamwork and exceptional time management skills
