About the Position
Spavia Day Spa Plano is hiring a Spa Receptionist to join our growing team! If you enjoy customer service, hospitality, wellness, and creating exceptional guest experiences, we'd love to meet you.
This is more than a receptionist position. Our Guest Advisors (how we refer to this role internally) are responsible for providing luxury-level customer service while helping guests schedule appointments, learn about our services, purchase retail products, and enroll in our membership program.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, positive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with scheduling appointments
- Manage appointment scheduling using spa software
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Recommend spa services, enhancements, memberships, and retail products
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest information
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Communicate effectively with massage therapists, estheticians, and spa leadership
- Help create an exceptional luxury spa experience for every guest
Qualifications
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, medical office, hotel, restaurant, salon, or spa experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Sales experience is a plus but not required
