Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our world class spa- a retail coordinator who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence!
What are we looking for?
A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests
Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience
A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success
What would you bring to the table?
1+ years of service industry or retail experience, preferably in a high end or luxury environment
Flexible schedule- availability to work weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
What would your job responsibilities be?
Assist guests with retail product inquiries and provide recommendations based on individual needs and preferences
Maintain thorough knowledge of retail inventory and train team members on product features, benefits, and brand offerings
Conduct and reconcile monthly inventory counts for both the Retail Boutique and The Spa
Develop and maintain positive relationships with retail vendors and brand partners
Prepare and distribute monthly retail sales reports to vendors
Create and submit retail purchase orders through the BirchStreet purchasing system
Train and support team members in the use of the Book4Time software system
Cross-train within Spa operations and provide operational support as needed
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to ensure product availability and presentation standards
Support the achievement of retail sales goals through excellent guest service and product knowledge
