We are in search of a Part-Time or Full-Time Spa Associate looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING Experience for yourself what makes Hand and Stone like no other spa in the world We are looking for a part-time Sales Associate who is willing to travel and work at our California and Prince Frederick Spas as needed

Position Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to membersguests

Welcome and greet membersguests upon arrival

Answer phones book appointments sell memberships gift cards and upgrades

Follow proper filing proceduresfile maintenance

Promote healthwellness benefits of massage therapy

Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance

Positive energetic attitude

Team player

Perform various other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Excellent customer service skills and work ethic

Knowledge of Microsoft Office application Zenoti will train and basic accounting principles.

Able to work flexible days and hours

Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest

Compensation 15.00 per hour
