At Hand & Stone in Wayne, our Spa Associates are the first impression of the spa. You'll help create an exceptional guest experience while educating clients about the value of our membership program and the benefits of making self-care part of their routine.

What You'll Do:

Welcome, empower, and connect with guests with warmth and professionalism

\n

Answer phones, schedule and manage appointments

\n

Recommend and sell our membership program with confidence

\n

Help resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism

\n

Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby

\n

Support a positive, team-oriented environment

\n

We're Looking for Someone Who:

Is genuinely friendly, outgoing, and enjoys connecting with people

Believes in the benefits of regular massage and skincare

\n

Is comfortable discussing and selling memberships

\n

Provides exceptional customer service and stays calm under pressure

Can handle difficult conversations without taking complaints personally

Is dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Enjoys working as part of a supportive team

Schedule:

We're currently looking for coverage on:

Evenings (3-9pm) and Weekends (8:30-7pm)

\n

\n

Pay:

$15 - $18/per hour based on experience
