You'll help create an exceptional guest experience while educating clients about the value of our membership program and the benefits of making self-care part of their routine.What You'll Do:Welcome, empower, and connect with guests with warmth and professionalismAnswer phones, schedule and manage appointmentsRecommend and sell our membership program with confidenceHelp resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalismMaintain a clean, organized front desk and lobbySupport a positive, team-oriented environmentWe're Looking for Someone Who: Is genuinely friendly, outgoing, and enjoys connecting with peopleBelieves in the benefits of regular massage and skincareIs comfortable discussing and selling membershipsProvides exceptional customer service and stays calm under pressureCan handle difficult conversations without taking complaints personallyIs dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentEnjoys working as part of a supportive teamSchedule:We're currently looking for coverage on:Evenings (3-9pm) and Weekends (8:30-7pm)
