Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager for our new location in West Kendall. As a new spa in the market, we are looking for a driven spa manager who is comfortable with cold outreach, grassroots marketing, and getting out into the community to drive awareness of services and job opportunities.

Our ideal candidate will be able to analyze the current spa performance and implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach and client base while strengthening guest relationships. The candidate will train front desk sales professionals to maximize performance. They will also actively seek out business opportunities that can boost revenue and set our spa apart.

Spa Manager Performance will be based on the following metrics:

• Membership Conversion - You know how to promote a membership-based model, measure key metrics, and drive profitability. We would love to hear your strategies and previous experience. • Leadership - Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes sales growth and positive customer ratings. • Spa Growth - Run your own business without the risk. The ability to analyze metrics and make decisions to drive results is key.

What You Need to Succeed in This Role

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

• Train front desk sales professionals to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals. • Generate spa leads and clientele through prospecting, marketing, and lead generation efforts. • Motivate the entire team to maximize opportunities. • Drive sales numbers.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• 3 to 4 years of management experience in the salon, spa, retail, or hospitality industry. • Flexible schedule - this role requires a variety of hours, including nights and weekends. • Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care services. • Strong and clear communication skills. • Full bilingual in Spanish and English.

Whats in it for You

Compensation

The compensation for this role is $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year.
