The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy supporting Equinox's Spa business across multiple markets nationwide. This role is accountable for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across key spa and wellness positions, including Licensed Massage Therapists, Estheticians, Dual-Licensed Spa Practitioners, Spa Coordinators, and Stretch Technicians.
This individual serves as a trusted talent advisor to Spa Operations leaders and is responsible for building sustainable talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies, industry networking, school partnerships, community engagement, referrals, and relationship-driven recruiting initiatives.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this recruiter will champion Equinox as an employer of choice within the spa, wellness, recovery, and hospitality industries while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Candidates should reside in the New York City metropolitan area or commute to a nearby Equinox club location as business needs require.
