Duration: 4 months with possible conversion into permanent
Summary: As a Space Planner, you will work with client teams for all non-project-related inquiries throughout the space planning process.
Responsibilities
Receive and review all occupancy requests
Engage with tactical business space reps to collect planning requirements
Tactical scenario development
Performs regular and ad-hoc auditing
Assist senior planner in development of strategic plans as necessary
Coordinate with MAC team for implementation of space plans
Technical Skills:
Data Analytics
Occupancy Planning

Test-fitting
Project Coordination
CAD/Revit
Must Have Skills:
Occupancy planner would be ideal
Move and change
CAD experience
Doing test fits and design type works
Education
Degree would be preferred
Software skills:
CAFM - Serraview, Archibus, FMS
AutoCAD, MS Excel
Note:
Hybrid- 4 days a week onsite (Mon-Thurs need to be onsite)
