Space Solutions Architect
The Opportunity As a Space Solutions Architect you will support Combatant Commands and Service Components by identifying technology-based solutions for capability gaps coordinating with your counterparts across geographies and synergizing where possible. Your background and experience supporting Space and Joint mission areas will prove critical to gaining an understanding of current and future challenges that could hinder performance in exercises or a future fight. Similarly it will aid your ability to craft ideal-state solutions and compare against commercially available options. You may also be depended upon to advise senior leaders on available space capabilities and their applicability in-region.

You Have Experience with space within the Department of Defense or Intelligence Communityas a Commissioned Officer Senior NCO or Contractor Experience supporting Combatant Commands or Service Component Commands Experience researching developing organizing and presenting materials for senior company and DoD leadership Experience organizing training and equipping functions including Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System JCIDS activities Analyses of Alternatives AoAs Concept of Operations CONOPs and Defense Acquisitions Knowledge of DoD requirements and acquisition processes Ability to travel up to 25 of the time TSSCI clearance Bachelors degree
Nice If You Have Experience serving in a leadership position on a Joint or Service Staff Experience using analytical tools to display the impacts of capability tradeoffs and impacts on potential alternatives such as CAMEO or DAF DEE Experience performing risk analyses and proposing risk mitigations Experience with Joint Exercises Experience with technical writing Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Graduate of an Advanced Military Studies program such as SAMS or JAWSC

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors including but not limited to location the individuals particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is 86900.00 to 198000.00 annualized USD. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allens total compensation package for employees.
