About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Call Center Representative (Fluent in English and Spanish) to join our team in support of an esteemed commercial client. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls for the Client Services Call Center.
- Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying concerns, identifying root causes, and providing effective solutions.
- Escalate complex cases or unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor promptly.
- Complete daily call logs and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process and fax necessary documentation when required.
- Contribute to overall team goals by completing related tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Language: Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and active listening skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to problem-solve, manage conflict, and document interactions accurately.
- Competent with Microsoft Word and basic computer skills (training provided).
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Familiarity with spreadsheet software (2+ years required).
- Ability to work independently after training and maintain attention to detail.
- Reliable, dependable work ethic with a commitment to quality service.
