Assist English and Spanish-speaking clients with their insurance inquiries and policy needs.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding Allstate products and services.
Handle customer concerns with patience and find effective resolutions.
Process policy changes and updates accurately.
Build strong relationships with clients by offering exceptional support.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Previous customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with basic computer systems and office software.
