Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day nursing oversight, health monitoring, and clinical support for adult day health participants
- Communicate clearly with participants and families inSpanish(and collaborate with English-speaking internal teams)
- Document accurately and on time in the EMR (Home Care GPS) and maintain compliant clinical records
- Support seniors with memory loss and cognitive challenges with patience and professionalism
- Partner closely with program staff and assist with onboarding/training as needed
- Maintain compliance with DPH regulations and center policies
Credentials
- ActiveRegistered Nurse (RN)license (Massachusetts)
- This site is open to hiring newly licensed RN and RNs with any amount of experience
Required Qualifications
- Professional Spanish fluency(able to communicate comfortably with Spanish-speaking participants/families)
- Experience supporting seniors (adult day health, assisted living, long-term care, home care, etc.)
- Comfort with EMR systems and basic computer skills
- Strong documentation habits and ability to manage time in a structured clinical day
