Conicelli Nissan is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Spanish-Speaking Special Finance Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and finding solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
• Work with customers seeking financing solutions
• Build strong relationships with English and Spanish-speaking customers
• Follow up on internet leads, phone inquiries, and referrals
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options
• Maintain customer records and CRM activities
• Work closely with lenders and management to help customers secure financing
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Previous sales, retail, customer service, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
