Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking compassionate, reliable, and Spanish-speaking Caregivers to provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent while following their personalized Plan of Care.

Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility
- Help with daily living activities such as eating and exercise routines
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, basic cleaning)
- Observe and report changes in the client’s condition
- Assist with self-administered medications and document care provided
- Support a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and families
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ year caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, or long-term care)
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity

Flexible hours available
Shifts available 24/7 based on client needs
Full-time and part-time opportunities
May include 12-hour shifts
