Hupp Family Agencies is looking for a skilled, dependable, and organized Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing agency. This role is for someone who already understands insurance service, customer support, policy changes, billing questions, renewals, retention, follow up, and agency workflows.
This is not an entry level position. We are looking for someone with insurance experience who can step in, communicate clearly, support customers, and help keep the agency running smoothly.
Spanish speaking ability is required. Insurance customer service experience is required. Prior Allstate experience is strongly preferred.

Salary Range: $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Assist English and Spanish speaking customers by phone, email, text, and agency systems with policy questions and service requests
Handle billing questions, policy changes, proof of insurance, ID cards, mortgagee updates, lienholder updates, documents, renewals, and general account support
Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish
Help customers understand coverage, policy changes, billing concerns, and next steps
Support customer retention by identifying concerns, solving problems, and helping customers stay protected
Review accounts for coverage gaps, renewal issues, missing documents, and follow up opportunities
Document all customer interactions accurately and timely in agency systems
Work closely with sales and service teams to make sure customer needs are handled quickly and correctly
Manage multiple customer requests throughout the day while staying organized and focused
Follow agency procedures, carrier guidelines, and compliance expectations
Create a strong customer experience that builds trust and long term relationships
Bilingual English and Spanish required
Insurance customer service experience required
Property and Casualty insurance experience required
Active Property and Casualty license strongly preferred
Allstate experience strongly preferred
Minimum 3 to 5 years of insurance customer service experience preferred
Strong understanding of personal lines insurance including auto, home, renters, umbrella, and related policy documents
Experience handling billing, policy changes, renewals, coverage questions, claims guidance, documents, and customer concerns
Excellent phone skills and professional communication in both English and Spanish
Strong attention to detail and ability to document activity accurately
Highly organized and able to manage a high volume of customer requests
Comfortable using agency management systems, email, phone systems, texting tools, and insurance carrier platforms
Dependable, accountable, and able to work in a fast paced insurance agency environment
Positive attitude, team first mindset, and willingness to be coached
