Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
• Work closely with customers seeking financing solutions
• Build relationships with both English and Spanish-speaking customers
• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the sales lot
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Explain vehicle features, benefits, and available financing options
• Help customers navigate the financing and approval process
• Follow up with internet leads, referrals, and previous customers
• Maintain customer records and CRM activities
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Previous sales, retail, customer service, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
