Duties

Morris Community High School District 101 is seeking applicants for a Spanish teacher to begin in the 2027-2028 school year.

Qualifications

Candidates should have an Illinois Professional Educator License with an endorsement to teach Spanish.

Salary/Benefits

Salary and benefits are outlined in the collective bargaining agreement which can be found here. Benefits include Board-paid TRS contributions and $14,100 toward health insurance with any remaining balance paid as salary.

Additional Notes

Morris Community High School is currently undergoing a major construction project, including the addition and renovation of most classrooms, offices, cafeteria, media center, and other spaces. This project will greatly modernize the teaching and learning environment and is expected to be completed in 2029. In addition, MCHS has recently completed several capital improvement projects including stadium, gym, and fieldhouse upgrades.
