REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Spare Parts Coordinator in Winston Salem, NC

The Spare Parts Coordinator is responsible for managing Global Control Tower initiatives and MDG processes related to production equipment spare parts. This role supports Engineering, Functional Projects, and Operations by addressing plant‑level losses and driving improvement initiatives.

The position includes leadership responsibilities, including the management and development of direct reports, while supporting broader management objectives to achieve Safety, Quality, and Performance targets. A key expectation is to foster and maintain high levels of employee engagement.

The Spare Parts Coordinator must be proficient in SAP and MDG Hub, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to translate business strategies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure all Company policies and procedures are adhered to ensuring compliance to standards, regulatory, and global requirements
  • Drive Safety requirements with goals to drive continuous improvements while meeting all regulatory and company requirements
  • Manage and execute strategic plans to optimize equipment spare parts
  • Drive collaboration with relevant maintenance and production teams to assess equipment spare parts requirements and ensure successful fulfilment
  • Develop and manage KPIs to ensure compliance with Global Standards and execution of supporting teams internal and external
  • Support localized sourcing initiatives to reduce lead times, improve supply reliability, and optimize cost
  • Manage Master Data Governance to ensure compliance and accuracy within ABC indicators and Safety Stocks
  • Manage Weekly Procurement Orders for all Local Spare Parts (MRP & Stock Review)

What are we looking for?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work efficiently, be pro-active, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on technical solutions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to manufacturing equipment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Focus on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, highly engaged, flexible, and receptive to change.

BENEFICIAL

  • 5+ years work experience in maintenance supervisory position in manufacturing plant
  • Project Management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • SAP/CMMS experience
