Spare Parts & Procurement

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing spare parts purchasing, inventory, and procurement activities to ensure parts are available when needed for customers, maintenance, and operations. The role works with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to source parts, manage orders, track deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory and procurement records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement and purchasing of spare parts and related materials.
• Source parts from approved suppliers and obtain pricing/availability.
• Create and manage purchase orders and follow up on open orders.
• Track shipments, delivery dates, backorders, and supplier issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and identify replenishment needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, service, sales, and engineering teams.
• Research part numbers, specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Help resolve shortages, delays, incorrect shipments, and other purchasing issues.
• Maintain accurate ERP/system records for parts, vendors, pricing, and orders.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, spare parts, inventory, or supply chain.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Experience working with suppliers and purchase orders.
• Comfortable working with an ERP/inventory management system.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Manufacturing, industrial equipment, material handling, or automation experience is a plus.
