Drive plant-wide process improvements through SPC and data analytics

Analyze production and machine-generated data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Utilize Statistical Process Control techniques to evaluate process capability and manufacturing performance. Partner with Continuous Improvement, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams on strategic initiatives. Investigate scrap, downtime, and production trends to support operational improvements. Develop reporting tools and performance metrics that support data-driven decision making. Recommend and implement process enhancements that improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.

A successful SPC Coordinator should have: Associate's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. Minimum of five years of experience within a manufacturing environment. Strong Statistical Process Control experience with demonstrated application in production settings. Ability to analyze manufacturing data and translate findings into actionable improvements. Experience supporting Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or operational excellence initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
