    Description

    Job Description:
    We are seeking a detail-oriented Field Action Remediation Specialist to implement remote software and firmware deployments, configure devices in RSS, and perform other remediation activities. This role requires deep technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and meticulous documentation practices in an FDA-regulated environment.
    This is a remote role with overnight hours to support our customers based primarily in the US who require downtime to occur at night. Candidates should be comfortable working between 12AM to 8AM EST/ 11PM - 7AM CST/9PM - 5AM PST Minimal weekend/holiday work.
    Requirements:

    " High School Diploma (minimum education requirement).
    " 2-3 years of proven applied experience.
    " Computer Science, Technology, Healthcare-related education or equivalent work experience.
    " Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
    " Deep technical orientation with experience deploying proprietary and standard applications.
    " Experience with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and domain security.
    " Analytical skills for logical troubleshooting of technical problems.
    " Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
    " Problem solver comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
    " Diligent with thorough follow-up capabilities.
    " Goal and action-oriented mentality.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    " 3-5 years of service experience in troubleshooting and repair of electronic systems.
    " Knowledge of cloud computing, SQL, Windows-Unix/Linux environments.
    " Experience with remote access tools and SQL scripting.
    " Experience working in FDA-regulated environments.
