Key Responsibilities
Localization Content and Quality Management
- Manage and maintain translated content within the Content Management System (CMS) and the Translation Management System (TMS).
- Coordinate the import, export, and publication of multilingual content throughout the localization project lifecycle.
- Ensure content assets, translation memories, and linguistic resources are properly maintained and updated.
- Review, document, and track linguistic comments, quality issues, and stakeholder feedback through resolution.
- Collaborate with internal reviewers and localization vendors to ensure consistent implementation of approved linguistic changes.
- Maintain records of quality issues, resolutions, and corrective actions.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track and analyze linguist and vendor performance metrics, including quality scores, turnaround times, and issue trends.
- Maintain localization operational data and develop data visualizations to communicate localization performance and quality trends to leadership and stakeholders.
