    The HR Specialist is responsible for administering all aspects of employee mobility, including immigration compliance, relocation logistics, and international assignment support. This role coordinates visa and work authorization processes, oversees domestic and international relocations, and administers assignment-related policies and allowances. The HR Specialist partners closely with HR team members to ensure a seamless employee experience and full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements worldwide.

    Immigration Compliance:

    • Coordinate and manage global work authorization and visa processes in partnership with immigration vendors.
    • Monitor expiration dates for work permits, visas, and other documents, initiating renewals in a timely manner.
    • Maintain accurate immigration records and documentation for audits and legal requirements.
    • Provide guidance and training to employees and managers on immigration processes, documentation, and timelines.

    Relocation:

    • Administer relocation benefits and programs for both domestic and international employee moves.
    • Liaise with relocation vendors and partners to support the end-to-end relocation process.
    • Collaborate with payroll, legal, and other HR partners to ensure relocation policies are compliant, competitive, and cost-effective.
    • Maintain destination services portals and ensure relocation materials are current and accurate.
    • Process relocation-related invoices, reconciliations, and quarterly reports.

    International Assignments:

    • Support the administration of international assignment allowances, benefits, and policy execution.
    • Assist with maintaining and updating the International Assignee Policy.
    • Process invoices, reconciliations, and quarterly reports related to international assignments.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor''s degree in Human Resource Management or a related business field preferred
    • SHRM or HRCI credential a plus
    • Minimum 7 years in Human Resources experience, with oil and gas industry experience preferred
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in global mobility, immigration, relocation, or related HR functions
    • Strong knowledge of global immigration processes, relocation practices, and assignment administration
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions
    • Results-driven with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), HRIS systems, and vendor platforms
    • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in daily operations
    • Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work effectively in both an autonomous and team environment
    • Support 24/7 operations, requiring occasional need to be accessible outside of standard office work hours
    • Flexibility to travel, up to 25%
    • Open to future relocation to other U.S. division locations based on business needs
