What You'll Do

• Review and manage change orders, ensuring accuracy and identifying ways to prevent future issues
• Provide technical support for remodels, takeovers, and specialty projects, keeping documentation clear and up to date
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to coordinate project changes and deliver solutions
• Interpret construction documents, materials, and codes to support effective project execution
• Assist in developing fixture plans, scopes of work, and engineering concepts
• Support and mentor team members, including assisting with AutoCAD training
• Respond quickly to inquiries from landlords, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs through value engineering
• Use tools like AutoCAD, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to analyze data and present clear, actionable insights
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and priorities

What You Bring

• Experience managing or supporting multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of construction documents and building systems
• Ability to interpret plans, identify issues, and provide practical solutions
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salisbury, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00/hr.
